Excellent Web Conferencing Tool

iLinc is a recognized leader in web and video conferencing solutions, allowing organizations of all sizes to set up online meetings and presentations. These can be fully Web-enabled, using Webcams and computer audio, or the audio component can be via participants' phones.

Presenters can upload their presentations in PowerPoint and other formats and control them from within the iLinc space. Additionally, the environment, which is cross-platform (supporting Windows PCs and OS X on Macs) allows full and partial desktop sharing, thus enabling the use of the product as a remote support or demonstation tool.

The flexibility of the system extends to managing participants - if you're running an online meeting, the users can be pre-configured and invitations emailed to them with the relevant connection information. For online support, a simple URL can be emailed to the person with the problem and access to their desktop initiated.

Having used the product both as a participant and in providing support, it's easy to set up, easy to understand and very straightforward to use.
